James Floyd

James Floyd is the elected Principle Chief Muscogee (Creek) Nation (MCN) and retired director of VA health care facilities in Muskogee and Tulsa. During his time with the VA, he served as  Medical Center Director (several locations), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) Network Director. He started his career with the Creek government in the 1980’s with the Indian Health Service in Portland, Oregon.
