Major William Swenson

In October 2013, as a Captain in the U.S. Army, Major Swenson received the Congressional Medal of Honor for his heroic actions in Afghanistan in 2009. After an “extended vacation” Major Swenson made the unprecedented move to return to active duty where he currently serves today as the most decorated Army officer since the Vietnam War.
