Andrea Goldstein
House Veterans Affairs Committee, Women Veterans Task Force
As a Senior Policy Advisor on the Women Veterans Task Force, House Veterans Affairs Committee, Andrea Goldstein works to advance equity in provision of access to resources, benefits, and healthcare for women Veterans. Over the past year, her efforts were instrumental in securing House passage of the Deborah Sampson Act, which will address the inequities and barriers women Veterans face when accessing VA care and benefits. Previously, Andrea served as CEO of Service2School, a non-profit she continues to support today. Andrea is a Pat Tillman Scholar and graduated with an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy as an inductee to the Honos Civicus honor society at the Fletcher School at Tufts University. A reserve Navy officer, she served on active duty from 2009-2016. She has published widely in The New York Times, Task & Purpose, The War Horse, Center for a New American Security, Proceedings, and a number of industry and peer-reviewed publications.
