Terry Howell

Terry Howell is a 20-year Veteran of the United States Coast Guard and  the Sr. Director for Strategic Alliances and Editorial Operations for Military.com. Over last several years Terry has worked with the DoD to create content for their online transition assistance program known as TurboTAP and led the team of subject matter experts that developed the skills matching tools for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ VA for Vets website.

In addition, Terry is the author of The Military Advantage, an annually updated guide to help Service Members, Veterans and their families take full advantage of their benefits. The Military Advantage is published by the US Naval Institute Press and available on Amazon.
